Next week we will be on the Appalachian Trail for several podcasts. This week is mine and Golden's last conversation before we hit the trail. We ordered some new gear for this trip. It has come in and just like any other hiker we can't help but talk about equipment! We are also putting the finishing touches on our menu for the hike. We will be eating well and will have a nice variety of food to enjoy. Next week we will report from the AT in Virginia.
