This week's podcast brings us closer to another week-long backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail and Rylan and Golden are starting to plan their meals. This time out they want to go a little lighter and easier on their food, but they still want good flavor, a nice variety and easy clean-up too. Sound too perfect for trail food? Most of the meals discussed in this week's podcast are new possibilities for Rylan and Golden, and nearly all of them are from web sites that have been sent in.
